We are using AeroLeads in our sales and marketing teams to find contacts and generate leads for our campaigns. Primarily we use the tools to get email addresses and phone and other contact information on the leads. We also use AeroLeads extension to find and import contacts directly from LinkedIn in bulk.
  • Emails addresses are were updated and accurate.
  • Good integration with LinkedIn to import the leads to AeroLeads software directly along with its email/phone
  • Integration to import leads to CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Very easy to use
  • Overall good service at an affordable price
  • Wrong lead contact information also uses up the credits, and then you have to purchase extra credits
  • Sometimes validated emails also are inaccurate
  • Should have a plugin for other browsers like Firefox
  • UI can be upgraded, seems outdated
Aeroleads is a cost effective tool to find b2b leads. Also good to find contact information of prospects from linkedin using its linkedin integration extension for chrome.

Currently we are also using Clodura.AI along with AeroLeads simultaneously.
Clodura allows us to also send campaigns in addition to finding leads. So we use AeroLeads and Clodura for leads and Clodura for sending campaigns. Feature-wise AeroLeads is not as comprehensive as Clodura. But AeroLeads is easy to use and cost effective.

Basically, our Lead Generation team utilized this tool extensively for approaching clients. The Sales and Marketing teams heavily depended on this tool to verify the contact information and emails received. It provides a detailed report with all the possible email addresses. The best part is it has its own database through which it gives correct and desired details.

It is a utility tool that we have used for a substantial time for extracting email addresses and other primary contact details of a business. I have personally used it to get emails from CEO's and founders to reach out to them. Sometimes it was difficult to get a hang of the email addresses, in those times AeroLeads came to the rescue.

The Cost is less in Aeroleads, the UI is better and easy to understand too. Even a beginner can get the hang of the flow and mechanism very quickly and easily. Other tools had the problems of getting stuck and were very slow. Having an updated and self-created database helps in quicker searches.

You don't really need a dedicated person for handling the software, it is pretty much simpler to use. That's the whole benefit of this tool.

Do not have any complaints or problems with the current subscription. Unlike before, the service is also very quick and responsive. We don't have to be on their heads for any trouble. Also, the data we are receiving is very satisfactory and competent, thus we won't be looking for any other tool in the near future.

The price is very reasonable and competitive. Can openly say it has one of the most cheap prices when compared to its competitors. Even the usability and ease of exploration is very helpful. The tool has enough features for an email finder tool, thus I can't complain about this aspect at all.
I wouldn't change the process, to be honest. The criteria for an email finding tool remains pretty much the same. Price, customer service, and ease of use remains the top priority.

We use AeroLeads to target data from potential customers—specifically e-mail addresses and phone numbers. Our entire sales department uses AeroLeads as well as management. Since we operate within different geographic regions in the tourism sphere, customers can be across the country and knowing contacts can be difficult. AeroLeads helps us find the data we need.

AeroLeads helps through the cold outreach process in terms of finding the contact information for potential customers, however, it is not as useful throughout the sales lifecycle, meaning it does not interact with our CRM, which can be frustrating

We wish AeroLeads would work more closely with our CRM from a database management perspective. We would find that very helpful. Prospect.io seems to do a better job of linking with Pipedrive and creating the lists and marketing emails we need.
